Project Detail View

The Project Detail View is the internal area for a specific project and the entry point for a user to explore, manage, and interact with the files.

Within the Project Detail View, you can:

• Open the viewer
• Collaborate
• Access documentation
• Manage users:
  • Add users
  • Remove users
  • Adjust user permissions
• Customize project settings
• View maps

Admin

On the Admin Page you can invite users to the platform, create and manage companies and add users to specific projects. This section enables the creation of new projects.

Users

In the "Users" tab you have the option to invite new users or search for invited individuals.

• To invite users, use the “Invite Users” field where you can enter the invitee’s email address. Upon clicking the “Invite” button, an automatic registration email will be dispatched.
• Utilize the "Search User" feature to verify invitations or determine if a person is already registered. Simply enter the email address and click the “Search” button, the associated email will be displayed above.

Companies

Companies can be organized in the "Companies" tab.

• Create Company
• Search Company
• Assign User to Companies
• Show / Add / Remove Projects from Companies

Create Company

• To add a company, enter the name and the VAT number of the company and click on the "Create" button.

Select a Company

• Search for a company by entering the name and clicking on "Search". An already existing company is displayed above.

Show / Add / Remove Users from Company

To show, add or remove a user of a company, do the following steps:

• Select a company

• Click on the company
  • To display all users of a company → Click the "Show Users of Company" button
  • To add a user → Search the user, select the user and click the "Add User" button
  • To remove a user → Search the user, select the user and click on the "Remove User" button

Show / Add / Remove Projects from Company

• Select a company

• Click on the company
  • To show all projects of the selected company → Click on the "Show Projects of Company" button
  • To add a project to a company → Click on the "Add Project" button
  • To remove a project from a company → Click on the "Remove Project" button
