Change Project Settings

Parts of the project settings such as project name, project lead, status etc. are displayed in the project overview.

Change Project Settings?

• Within the project detail view click on the "ellipsis (...)" button in the top-right corner
• Click on "Project Settings"
• Enter the respective data in the corresponding field
• Click the "Save" button to apply the changes

Thumbnail

What is a Thumbnail?

A thumbnail is a small image displayed next to the project name in the project overview, facilitating quick identification of the desired project.

Thumbnail Format:

• Compatible with jpeg / jpg and png files

• 1:1 format is recommended (to prevent cropping of the images)

How to add a Thumbnail?

• Click on the pencil next to the thumbnail logo
• For "Upload a new image", browse and select your desired image in the explorer, then click "Open".
• For "Select available image", all previously uploaded project photos are shown. Choose the desired photo and click "Confirm".
• Or select "Remove Image" to delete the thumbnail image.

Project Logo

What is a Project Logo?

The project logo is displayed at the bottom right of the viewer. Ideal for placing your company logo or the logo of your partner.
