Share Function

What can be shared

You can share scenes within the viewer. The recipient is only able to see the selected data. The sharing period can be determined.

How to share a scene?

• Create or choose a scene you want to share
• Right-click on the scene you want to share
• The context menu will appear
• In the context menu, click the "Share" button
• Enter the desired title
• Select the availability time
• Enter the email address of the person you wish to share the scene with
• Press the "+" button next to the email address
• You can invite several people at the same time
• Click the "Create Share" button
• Non-registered user will receive a registration link

Where are shared scenes visible?

For project-related shares, access them through the "Collaboration" button in the project overview. You can view all shared scenes, whether shared by you or with you, via the "Shares" button.

To adjust the availability of a shared scene, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the project overview.
• Click on the "Collaboration" button
• Left-click on the "Menu" Button of the desired scene

• From the context menu, select "Edit"
• Adjust the availability of the shared scene
• Click on the "Save" button to confirm the changes

How to add more users to a share?

• Go to the project overview
• Click the "Collaboration" button
• Left-click on the "Menu" Button of the desired scene

• Select "Edit" from the Context Menu
• Enter the email address of the person you want to add to the shared scene
• Click the "+" button
• Press "Save" to confirm the changes

How to delete a share?

• Go to the project overview
• Click the "Collaboration" button
• Left-click on the "Menu" button of the desired scene
• Click the "Unshare" button
