Change Project Settings: Difference between revisions

Projects can be organized in the "Projects" tab.

Enter the name of the project and click on the "Search" button
Select the project
- To see all users who have access to this project → Click on the "Show Project User" button
To add or remove a user, enter the name and click on the "Search" button
Select the user
- To add a user to a project → Click on the "Add User" button
- To remove a user from a project → Click on the "Remove User" button

Enter the name of the project and click on the "Search" button
Select the project
Enter the name and click on the "Search" button
Select the user
- To edit the rights → Click on the "Edit Features of User" button
- Select the rights and click on the "Save" button

Parts of the project settings such as project name, project lead, status etc. are displayed in the project overview.

Within the project detail view click on the "ellipsis (...)" button in the top-right corner
Click on "Project Settings"
Enter the respective data in the corresponding field
Click the "Save" button to apply the changes

A thumbnail is a small image displayed next to the project name in the project overview, facilitating quick identification of the desired project.

Click on the pencil next to the thumbnail logo
Upload a new image or choose "Select available image"
For "Upload a new image", browse and select your desired image in the explorer, then click "Open".
For "Select available image", all previously uploaded project photos are shown. Choose the desired photo and click "Confirm".

The project logo is displayed at the bottom right of the viewer. Ideal for placing your company logo or the logo of your partner.

Click on the pencil next to the project logo
Upload a new image or choose "Select available image"
For "Upload a new image", browse and select your desired image in the explorer, then click "Open".
For "Select available image", all previously uploaded project photos are shown. Choose the desired photo and click "Confirm".
