Projects

Projects can be organized in the Projects tab.

  • Create a Project
  • Edit Projects Features
  • Show / Add / Remove Users of a Project
  • Change Rights of a User of a Project

Create a New Project

  • Enter the desired name of the project and click on the Create button. The new project is now visible in your Project Overview.

Edit Projects

  • Enter the name of the project and click on the Search button

Show / Add / Remove User from Project

  • Enter the name of the project and click on the Search button
  • Select the project
    • To see all users who have access to this project → Click on the Show Project User button
  • To add or remove a user, enter the name and click on the Search button
  • Select the user
    • To add a user to a project → Click on the Add User button
    • To remove a user from a project → Click on the User button

Edit Rights of a User

  • Enter the name of the project and click on the Search button
  • Select the project
  • Enter the name and click on the Search button
  • Select the user
    • To edit the rights → Click on the Edit Features of User button
    • Select the rights and click on the Save button

Project Settings

How to change the Project Settings?

  • Within the project detail view click on the ellipsis (...) button in the top-right corner
  • Click on Project Settings
  • Enter the respective data in the corresponding field
  • Click the Save button to apply the changes




Thumbnail

What is a Thumbnail?

The thumbnail is displayed in the project overview next to the project name. A thumbnail makes it easier to find the right project.

Thumbnail Format?

Compatible with jpeg and png files

1:1 format is recommended. Otherwise the images will be cropped

How to add a Thumbnail?

  • Click on the pencil next to the thumbnail logo
  • Upload a new image or choose select available image
  • When choosing upload a new image, select the desired image in the explorer and press the open button.
  • When choosing select available image, all photos already uploaded in the project are displayed. Select the desired photo and press the Confirm button



What is a Project Logo?

The project logo is displayed at the bottom right of the viewer. Ideal for placing your company logo or the logo of your partner.

Thumbnail Format?
