You can upload all different kinds of files.
How to upload files?
- Press the
Uploadbutton within theNavigation Pane - The
Upload Paneopens on the right side - Press the
+ Add Filesbutton - Select one or multiple files to upload (The files should be shown as below)
- Press the
Upload Filesbutton to start the upload. The current status is shown next to the file name.
WARNING: Do not reload or close the page until all your files are uploaded
- When the upload is finished, the files appear in the
Uploadsfolder - You can move the files in the
Navigation Paneby holding down theLeft-Mouse-Buttonand dragging the files to the desired location
How to delete files?
Deleting files is not possible. Not desired files or incorrectly uploaded files can be hidden.
To hide files, you can do the following steps:
- Choose the files in the
Navigation Paneby clicking theRight-Mouse-Buttonto open theContext Menuon the files you want to hide - Press the
Hidebutton - Press the
Savebutton
How to Upload a new version of a file?
- Select the file to be updated in the Navigation Pane
- Enter the context menu with the
Left-Mouse-Button - Choose
Upload New Version - Press the
Select new Filebutton - Choose the new version of the file
- Add a Note if desired
- Press the
Upload Filesbutton
