Share Function

What can be shared

You can share Scenes within the Viewer. The recipient is only able to see the selected data. The Sharing Period can be determined.

How to share a Scene?

To share a Scene, do the following steps:

• Create or choose a Scene you want to share
• Press the Save button
• Click the Right-Mouse-Button on the Scene you want to share
• The Context Menu appears
• In the Context Menu, click the Share button
• Insert the desired Titel of the Share
• Enter the Availability time
• Enter the Email Address of the person you want to Share the Scene with
• Press the + button beside the Email Address
• You can invite several people at the same time
• Press the Create Share button
• Non registered user will get a Registration Link

Where are Shared Scenes visible?

Project related shares are visible via the Project Overview - Collaboration button

A complete overview of all Scenes shared by you or with you can be seen via the Shares button.

How to change the Availability of a Shared Scene?

To change the Availability of a shared Scene do the following steps:

• Enter Project Overview
• Press the Collaboration button
• Press the Left-Mouse-Button on the Menu Button on the desired Scene

• Press the Edit button in the Context Menu
• Change the Availability of the Shared Scene
• Press the Save button

How to add more Users to a Share?

To add another User to a Share do the following steps:

• Enter Project Overview
• Press the Collaboration button
• Press the Left-Mouse-Button on the Menu Button on the desired Scene

• Press the Edit button in the Context Menu
• Enter the Email Address of the person you want to add to the Shared Scene
• Press the + button
• Press the Save button

How to delete a Share?

To delete a Share do the following steps:

• Enter Project Overview
• Press the Collaboration button
• Press the Left-Mouse-Button on the Menu Button on the desired Scene

• Press the Edit button in the Context Menu
• Press the Unshare button
